Stitch & Jersey Co., LLC provides:
- Custom apparel (including jerseys, polos, and related items)
- Non-custom apparel products
Custom products are made based on customer-submitted designs and specifications.
3. Custom Orders
3.1 Design Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for:
- Accuracy of all submitted designs
- Spelling, colors, sizing, and layout
- Final approval of design proofs
Once a design is approved, it is considered final.
3.2 Design Ownership
By submitting a design, you confirm:
- You own the rights to the design, OR
- You have permission to use all logos, trademarks, and content
We are not responsible for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-submitted designs.
3.3 Right to Refuse Designs
We reserve the right to reject any order that includes:
- Offensive or inappropriate content
- Copyrighted or trademarked material without authorization
- Content that violates any laws or regulations
3.4 Minimum Order Quantity
Custom apparel orders require a minimum of 10 units, unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Customers may request changes within 24 hours of order placement
- After this period, changes may not be possible once production begins

5. Pricing & Payment
- Payment is due at the time of order placement
- For large orders, payment arrangements may be approved at our discretion
Orders will not proceed into production until payment terms are satisfied.
6. Production & Shipping
- Production timelines vary depending on order size and complexity
- Estimated timelines are not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather
- Supply chain issues
- Other circumstances beyond our control
7. Refunds & Returns
7.1 Eligible Refunds
Refunds or replacements are only issued for:
- Defective products
- Incorrect items received
7.2 Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Customer design errors after approval
- Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
- Minor color variations due to printing processes
- Delays outside of our control
7.3 Color Disclaimer
Due to dye-sublimation and printing processes:
- Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed
- Colors may vary slightly from screen to final product
For larger orders, we strongly recommend requesting a sample for approval.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, and materials created by Stitch & Jersey Co., LLC remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our proprietary designs without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability (IMPORTANT)
To protect your business, I strongly recommend including this (standard in eCommerce):

- Stitch & Jersey Co., LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by law.
11. Age Requirement
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
