Terms of Service

Welcome to Stitch & Jersey. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Custom-Made Products

All Stitch & Jersey products are custom-made to order. Because each item is produced based on customer-selected designs, colors, names, numbers, sizes, and other specifications, all sales are subject to these terms.

2. Minimum Order Requirement

Most custom orders require a minimum order of 10 pieces unless otherwise approved by Stitch & Jersey.

3. Order Approval Process

Orders are not considered final until all design details have been reviewed and approved by the customer. This includes, where applicable, artwork, colors, names, numbers, sizing, and placement details.

Once final approval is given, the order moves into production.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is generally due when the order is placed, unless other arrangements have been approved in advance by Stitch & Jersey. For larger orders, payment arrangements may be available upon agreement with our team.

Production may not begin until payment, deposit, or other agreed-upon terms have been satisfied.

5. Production Time

Standard production time is typically about 3 weeks after final design approval and payment. Production times may vary depending on order size, design complexity, product availability, seasonal volume, and other factors.

Any estimated production or delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on destination, shipping method, and carrier performance. Stitch & Jersey is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain issues, holidays, or other events beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information.

7. Customer Responsibility for Proofing

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs, mockups, and order details before approving production. This includes checking:

• spelling
• grammar
• names
• numbers
• colors
• sizing
• placement
• overall design accuracy

Stitch & Jersey is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

8. Colors and Dye Sublimation Disclaimer

Because our products may use dye sublimation and other custom production methods, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, material differences, ink behavior, and manufacturing processes.

We will make reasonable efforts to match requested colors as closely as possible. For larger or color-sensitive orders, customers are encouraged to request a sample when available.

9. Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are generally final.

Returns, exchanges, or replacements may be offered only if:

• The wrong item was sent
• the item has a manufacturing defect
• The item does not match the approved order specifications due to our error

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• customer ordering mistakes
• incorrect sizes submitted by the customer
• design choices approved by the customer
• slight color variation
• delays outside our control

Any issue must be reported within a reasonable period after delivery.

10. Artwork and Intellectual Property

By submitting logos, artwork, text, or other materials, the customer represents that they own the rights to use those materials or have permission from the rightful owner.

Stitch & Jersey is not responsible for verifying ownership of submitted content and is not liable for unauthorized use provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to reject any content that we believe may infringe intellectual property rights or that is offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate.

Customers retain ownership of their own submitted materials. Stitch & Jersey retains ownership of its own original designs, layouts, templates, concepts, and artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations may only be made before final approval and before production begins. Once production has started, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

If a cancellation is approved after design work has begun, Stitch & Jersey may retain design fees, administrative fees, or other costs already incurred.

12. Samples

Samples may be available upon request for fit, color, or material review. Additional charges may apply, and requesting samples may extend the overall timeline for production and delivery.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stitch & Jersey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that order.

14. Right to Refuse Service

Stitch & Jersey reserves the right to refuse any order or service request for any lawful reason, including suspected infringement, offensive content, abusive conduct, or impractical production requirements.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
