Shipping Policy
At Stitch & Jersey, each order is custom-made to your specifications. Because of this, shipping times are different from standard retail orders.
Production Time
All items are made to order after final design approval and payment is received.
Our standard production time is typically about 3 weeks from final approval. Production times may vary depending on order size, product type, time of year, and design complexity.
If you request samples for color approval, fit, or material review, production and delivery will take longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order is completed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping transit times vary based on the carrier, destination, and selected shipping method.
You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order has shipped, if available.
Rush Orders
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We may be able to accommodate rush production depending on our current schedule and your order details. Additional rush fees may apply.
Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated production and shipping timelines, delays may occur due to:
- order complexity
- large order volume
- approval delays
- supply chain issues
- weather
- carrier delays
- holidays or other events beyond our control
Stitch & Jersey is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once an order has left our facility.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate when submitting your order. Stitch & Jersey is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery issues are generally the responsibility of the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help review the issue.
Custom Orders
Because our products are custom-made, delivery timelines begin after final artwork approval, not when the initial inquiry or design process begins.
If you have a deadline for uniforms, events, or team needs, we strongly recommend reaching out to us in advance.
