We offer youth and adult sizing, including unisex, women’s and extended-size options. Available sizes and fits vary by garment style, so we’ll help you select the best combination for your team.
What fabrics are available?
We offer a wide range of performance fabrics, blends and weights selected for comfort, durability, breathability and moisture management. Available options vary among polos, work shirts, T-shirts, UV apparel and outerwear. If you have specific fabric, performance or comfort requirements, contact us and we’ll help identify the best option for your team.
Can we combine different sizes and garment styles in one order?
Yes. You can combine available sizes, fits and coordinating garment styles within one organized team order. We’ll confirm which products can be grouped together when preparing your quote.
Can employee names or job titles be added?
Yes. Employee names, job titles, departments and other personalized details can be incorporated directly into the design. Personalization may affect pricing depending on the order.
How accurately can you match our brand colors?
We can match your brand colors using Pantone, CMYK, RGB or HEX color values. Because colors can appear differently across screens and fabrics, slight variations may occur. We recommend approving a physical sample when exact color matching is critical.
Can we order a sample before production?
Yes. A pre-production sample can be provided for review before the full order is produced. Sample and shipping fees may apply, and requesting a sample will add time to the production schedule.
What logo and artwork files do you accept?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG and print-ready PDF files are preferred. We can also accept high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds. If your artwork needs adjustments, our design team will let you know.
How long does production take?
Typical production takes approximately three weeks after final design approval and payment. Design revisions, samples and shipping time are additional. We’ll confirm the expected delivery date before production begins.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on the garment style, quantity, design requirements and personalization. Volume discounts are available, and you’ll receive a clear quote before committing.
Can we see pricing before approving the design?
Yes. We provide pricing and product recommendations before you commit to production. There is no payment required to request a quote.
How do future reorders and minimums work?
The initial order minimum is 10 pieces. Once your design has been approved and produced, future reorders have no minimum quantity. Your approved design remains on file, making it easy to order additional apparel for new employees, replacements or growing teams.
